I applied for a Home Equity Credit Line in Massachusetts, and my application was rejected because my home is in a nominee trust. I was told they weren’t able to offer advice about what to do. Should I take my home out of confidence or move to a different kind of confidence. We previously owned two houses, but now we just own a primary residence. We wanted something that would quickly pass on our properties to our children and grandchildren if and when my husband and I passed away.
Why did my Home Equity Line decline because my home has candidate confidence in the state of Massachusetts, and what should I do?
