What action will I take to secure visitation rights during the ‘covid-19 pandemic?’
My wife and I are divorced, but they’re planning to see a mediator for divorce. She and my two preteens are living with her parents, her uncle, her sister, and her 90-year-old grandma, but she just passed away. The Virginia lockdown ended a couple of months ago, and now that her grandma has passed away, I feel it is fair for me to take the kids in my car on holidays, sleepers, etc., but her parents are so afraid of this coronavirus that they need masks during my visits, but only on their porch or walking around the neighborhood, 6 feet away. Also, I know they’ve been driven to other places — the flu vaccinations, the dentist, and her sister just got a career, and of course, they get food, etc. Thank you.
