At a non-profit, I was a CFO. I was involved in a car accident that was serious. Had outstanding work review. Out of work for 5 months. Damaged spine & minor speech impairment. I found my boss’s suspicious financial transactions. I was shot within a week and told me that I was incompetent. After more rehabilitation, I tried to get another job. My boss would say that I was a drug user or had Alzheimer’s or other claims any time references came up. Then brag about it to my past employees. Unable to get a job. I might be able to afford to retire. But I did. At 65, my problems were found by Medicare. Applied for disability, as received by me. My former leader filled out the SSA questions. We’ve decided to adopt a kid. All my SSA disability information, personnel file, an opinion that I had dementia, and other malicious comments were sent to the review agency by the former boss. Kicked out of the program at once. Those documents were then sent to more than 100 agencies and government offices to list me in black. I can live with losses. But, I want to put a stop to malicious attacks. I would like SSA to investigate them and retrieve all my records before I have an Atty send them a letter. How do I get an investigation from the SSA and do this?
The former employer released 100 organizations with SSA disability records and damaged me?
