I read that the Chief Justice did this to all the laws, would it extend my limitation period by 90 days after the governor has lifted the Covid-19 emergency? This is what the court has on its website:
By order of the Chief Justice released on 6 April 2020, Emergency Rule 9 sets down the statutes of limitations for civil causes of action, notwithstanding any other regulation, from 6 April 2020 to 90 days after the Governor declares that the state of emergency related to the COVID-19 pandemic has been lifted.
