If they continue to prepare my children for my visit, shall I call the police by showing the order of the Judge?

  • 0

Since nearly a year after the Judge approved, I have had unattended visits to my children. My children were pleased with me on every visit to my home. But my mother’s side was lying in crafty strategies since before I had an unattended visitation. Recently, I had a really odd situation when I picked up my children that my children did not want to be with me at the beginning. But they came with me later and we were satisfied. I asked them why they did so because they played with me last time. They said their mother and parents told me to do so and threatened them not to say goodbye to their dad. I got angry about them and pissed away that they still do that. But I’m not shocked because they do so because I’ve been on supervised visits. Fortunately, since that time all their accusations have been false, and later I have been unattended until now. Every visit is well-documented.

My question is if I should call the police next time I picked them up to see my children do the same because of the coaching of their mothers. I have the visitation order of the Court. May I report it to CPS for my children’s control?
