I was going through a toll booth on the Pa turnpike when my tyre struck the sidewalk and caused my car to be immobilized, the vehicle had to be towed. Since it happened in the middle of the lane and at the turn of the pike, a state trooper was sent out and ended up giving a quote to me, 3309 subsections (1) Title 75. Now, usually, this wouldn’t go to my record, but I’ve got CDL learners’ permission. Is it going to go to my record? Or is that just going to happen if I have the actual license? I used to drive my own car. The officer cut me a break because I hit state property (I didn’t do damage) but I’m not sure whether that’s going to impact me having my CDL, or whether the other company’s going to see that on my DMR.
I got a 3309 quote in my personal car. I’ve got permission from my CDL learners. Will I have to fight it?
