Perm approved while on F1 visa
Filed I-140 (3 months ago still pending)
I-20 terminated a week ago (means F1 is cancelled?)
If yes then am i out of status? What happened to my I-140 and can I file I-485 while on no status? Someone said I cannot be out of status for more than 180 days. If anything is under 180 days then is it good? How true is that?
