A washing machine malfunction in the unit above me inflicted severe damages to my condo that demanded a repair cost of around $15,000. The owner’s insurance provider has refused to accept the claim as there was no apparent carelessness by the owner. Moreover, I have politely asked him to compensate me for my losses, accentuating that he caused the damages.
Would it be feasible for him to simply avoid my claims? I feel I’m being wronged. Any help would be much appreciated.
