Am I able to sue my employer?

My uncle and his family convinced the people running the factory I work at, that I’m a homosexual, and they convinced them I’m a child molester after my mom passed away. Several attempts on my life have been made, sending blacks and Mexicans to threaten me. Mock me … They denied I had a slight skull fracture, and 30 years ago I had my back x-rayed and was told I had non-progressive spinal bifida, a hole in the bottom of my spine, and they had me drive a heavy platform after the head injury. One side of the neck was broken by this and they even denied it as a job accident. The last coordinator got me to bring a 52 foot floor board and let go of three people behind me. My back didn’t stop cracking, but my knee blew out … As the floor manager has everybody thinking that I am a fake, H&R would not do anything for me. While his brother tells people that I am gay.
