Dan is an ambitious and eager advocate who developed his skills at a medium-sized, fast-paced law firm in Vaughan, Ontario, Canada. In a short time, Dan amassed a voluminous amount of experience in litigation, negotiation, and client management. In addition to his practical legal education, Dan also received a Certificate in Construction Law from the Osgoode Hall Law School Professional Development center. In his three years of legal experience, Dan has led and assisted with all aspects of construction disputes, ranging in construction liens, breach of trusts, labour and performance bonds, deficiencies, and more. Dan has experience representing members of all levels of the construction pyramids, starting with Owners and Financers and ending with materials suppliers. Dan also practices in areas of bankruptcy law, mortgage enforcement, real estate litigation, and civil & commercial litigation.
In his spare time, Dan has spearheaded many academic initiatives, including authorship of legal blogs and articles, presenting at various professional development lectures for clients, and acting as a content-producer/course-designer at the Credit Institute of Canada.
